Do I need to give you full access to my Shopify store?

Usually, no. Collaborator access is enough, and you stay in full control. I’ll request only the permissions needed to fix the issue or build the feature.

How fast can you help?

For small fixes, often same-day or next-day. Larger features or theme upgrades come with clear timelines so you always know what to expect.

What if I’m not sure what’s wrong?

Totally fine. Describe what you see happening (or not happening), and I’ll diagnose the issue for you. A short Loom video or screenshot helps, but isn’t required.

Can you fix issues caused by apps?

Yes. I routinely sort out app/theme conflicts, broken widgets, missing elements, and leftover code from uninstalled apps.

Do you work with all Shopify themes?

Yepp! Custom themes, premium themes, older themes needing a 2.0 upgrade — all welcome. If your theme was heavily customized by someone else, I can still work with it.

Can you build custom features my theme doesn’t support?

Absolutely! Bundle builders, product options, quick-add modules, custom templates, upsell experiences, filtering systems — if it can exist on Shopify, we can build it.

Is your pricing fixed or hourly?

Most work is priced by project so you know the total cost upfront. Small bugs or minor edits can be hourly. No surprises. No mystery invoices.

What if I already have a developer?

No problem at all. I can support them, provide audits, fix a specific issue, or help with overflow work during busy seasons.

Can you help prepare my store for a launch or big sale?

Absolutely! Black Friday, product drops, seasonal launches, and rebrands are some of the most common projects I take on.
